Absolutely. Because every menu is built from scratch, we accommodate all dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences, from gluten-free and plant-based to severe food allergies. We discuss your needs during the consultation so that every guest at your table is taken care of.
Sushi is our signature, but Chef Rashad's culinary training spans far beyond it. From multi-course fine dining to internationally inspired cuisine, we create and curate any menu around your vision. This is a fully custom experience, not a pick-from-a-list one.
